Well I've actually attended both, and I would have to say this has nothing to do with what school the girl is at. Girls will date you if you can't drive, but it is REALLY annoying. My boyfriend doesn't have a car. I am always having to drive him around everywhere! It'd be nice to not always be the one doing the pick up and driving for dates. But yes, if a girl really likes you then she will put up with you and date you.
