What would be the best college ? Arizona or Memphis ?

It really depends on your talent level. If you honestly are a talented ball player and think you can compete and start at a D1 level with ease than I say go to the university, however if you think your going to need some more work it wouldn't hurt you to go to a Jr college and tune your skills a little. I think Memphis is a better basketball college, your going to get a good pro look there, and your going to compete against better players because Memphis usually has a good schedule, however if your wanna go on location the Arizona is better scenery wise.
