I think most Fish and Wildlife officials would be happy to help you out. Here is the gov't website for Arizona department of fish and game: www.azgfd.gov/ Get a phone number or email for your local department or officer, and I'm sure they will help. Government employees have an obligation to work with the public, as long as you are polite and respectful it should be a piece of cake. Ask the officer nicely if they would agree to be interviewed for a college paper. (remember that they are busy and are doing you a big favor by helping you out, so if you want to meet in person, be willing to meet whenever they are available) Good luck!
