I'm moving to Arizona for college from MA I'm pretty nervous. any tips on things i need to worry about

I'm moving to Arizona for college from MA I'm pretty nervous. any tips on things i need to worry about.?
i do have a car payment that i been paying on time. i know that dorms are available. basically any info to cover all bases. like like living expenses jobs maintaining my car its December 26th now and i don't leave until April. so please any info to prepare for the change would be appreciated thanks.

all i would worry about is melting shoes

If it's possible, I would take a visit to AZ before you move there. You might want to do some job hunting before you move there either online or in person (if that's doable). Maybe invest in a GPS so that you won't have any problems finding places when you're driving. I would defiantly check out the dorms and see what they have to offer for out of state students as far as getting yourself situated in the dorm and in the college. Do your research. Good Luck.

What are some D2 colleges in Arizona which offer a good Nursing Program?
I really want to get a volleyball scholarship to play at a college in Arizona whether they're a D1 or D2 school. I was thinking about getting a nursing degree or major in physical therapy. Does anyone know of any good schools that offer a good program?

Which college has the better criminal justice degree, Northern Arizona University or Arizona State University?
I want to go into the Criminal Justice field, and I want to know which school is more respected and has a better degree, Northern Arizona University or Arizona State University.

Going to college in Mesa, Arizona what should I expect?
Hi I will be a student at a college in Mesa, AZ I am from Saudi Arabia and about to move there I was just wondering are the people there nice?

Mesa is very nice! The area is good and the people are pretty cool! I like it a lot in Mesa, I go all the time! I think you will enjoy it! I know a few students at Mesa CC if that is where you are going. they are all very nice! You can always find nice people no matter where you go! Good luck! Hope you enjoy Arizona! -Riley

lots of mexicans and violence and gang crimes. i hate mesa

It is safe for the most part, but there are certain areas of Mesa where there is Mexican gang violence. Mesa also has some very nice neighborhoods. It's pretty diverse, really. I think the community colleges in Maricopa County are really excellent.

weatherwise, you should fit right in. well, maybe it'll be a little hot for you actually.
