I have a lot of relatives in Arizona so it would be almost perfect. I am going to take Architecture at ASU. I live approximately 1800 miles from Arizona. I have been to Arizona about 3 times. that's a good gpa! Keep up the good work! ASU is a great school and I have heard nothing but great things about it! Arizona is awesome too! Best of luck!
Answer 2 :
Try to get info on the quality of the architecture school there. Perhaps a relative knows a local architect.
Answer 3 :
ASU is a good college for most programs it offers. Not having any experience with their Architecture program I can't speak intelligently to its quality. You will want to make sure that it is the right fit for you and your goals, though, since it is so far from your home. Contact them to arrange a campus visit where you can attend classes with a student, and also stay in their dorms for a few nights. Arizona is a great place, especially around the Phoenix/Tempe area. There is plenty to do, and plenty of people to network with in your chosen career field. The only downside is that it is a living hell for three months per year, with temperatures climbing in to the 120's at some points. The other nine months, though, are awesome!

Yeah Arizona! I live an hour away from ASU! ASU's Architecture school is actually really good. I heard they had some budget problems this past year, but you might want to check up on that. Tempe's a nice place, and ASU's theatre is nice, too. Most of AZ's big-ticket plays/musicals perform there. And Tempe Town Lake is pretty during the holiday season. However--architecture is a really math-heavy field. You might want to look into your career choice.
