Answer 1 :
you should be able to keep it registered in Rhode Island...but check with the local DMV in Arizona. If she does need to register it there she can always collect money by showing her boobs...so don't worry about finances...
Answer 2 :
Normally students are exempt from plate/title transfers. Contacting the school would assist you for sure.
Answer 3 :
ARIZONA!!!?? are you sure you want your daughter to go the school there? it's STD central just search about the stats in the spring break health center! she won;t come back home like she is now!!
Answer 4 :
Check insurance rates. Knowing the Northeast... everything is more expensive there. Arizona might have some better deals on car insurance. Good Luck!
Answer 5 :
We have kept cars Registered in other States. Now, what happens, after a year or so, if the Police keep seeing the car, they could require her to Change it, but, for the time being you can keep it registered in Rhode Island. AND, if, the Police do say something she can go to court and object and get a "stay of execution"! ;-p
Answer 6 :
You have the world at your fingertips. Find the website for the Arizona DMV. If that doesn't help, ask the school she'll be attending. If that doesn't help, just have her register it there. As others have said, the rates may be lower out there than in the Northeast.
