Answer 1 :
With this GPA and ACT, you are at high risk of failing college. Also, if you do pass college, you are at high risk of being a marginal teacher. Start an apprenticeship in some decent trade instead.
Answer 2 :
With a low GPA and test score like that, you may struggle to get through college. So you're better off starting out at a community college (where the costs are much lower and the courses are generally easier) for your basic classes and then transferring to a university to finish. Then look at state universities in your own state rather than having to pay out-of-state tuition expenses. As it is now, you can probably get into Western Michigan U. and Western Illinois U., but you'll have to check their websites to see if they offer Japanese.
Answer 3 :
You can get into the state university in your home state. Forget about going out of state unless you can afford a private school. And you may have to ditch the Japanese minor.

Most of these ppl are wrong, you wont fail college..jeezz. You should check out Ferris State University in Michigan..there is a elementary education program there. Im pretty sure finding a Japanese minor will be hard to find but you will have to look. I go to Ferris and love it here..i had a 20 on the ACT and a 2.9 GPA..i will be a Junior there and i am not failing college..dont listen to haters
