i am 23 years old and have lived in chicago my whole life...i want to move out of here for a different experience..i have a couple more years of college and want to transfer somewhere nice and warm.does anybody have any recommendations on where i can achieve an enjoyable college experience?

You need to specify some more of what you are looking for as each of those places are very different from each other as well as what you are going to school for. Also, keep in mind that it will take a year after moving to be considered a resident so you will need to consider costs one year of huge non-resident fees.
