Answer 1 :
Go to http://forrent.com and do a search but for you, Tempe maybe the best bet.
Answer 2 :
Try www.apartments.com . If you're going to ASU, I'd say try to stay somewhere close to it, that way you can just walk or take the bus to and from school.
Answer 3 :
if you are going to ASU or the community college you should live in tempe. im in middle school but i went down there and that would be a great place. there is also great shopping ;) my favorite!
Answer 4 :
It depends on where you are going to school. If it is ASU-Main Campus, then Tempe will be your best bet. It is probably the best locale for college students because it is, for the most part, a college town. Mill Ave is the nightlife spot, and it is mostly populated by college students during the school year. There is an ASU campus in downtown Phoenix also, but it is just getting up and running. So far, the main college is the School of Nursing. If your college is close to Tempe, then I think Tempe is your best bet!
Answer 5 :
Tempe or Scottsdale
Answer 6 :
Tempe might offer more opportunities to find roommates in that area and closer to the ASU Main Campus but I've noticed their rates are much higher due to the demand in that area. You can try the border areas of Tempe/Phoenix like off of Washington Ave but before 44th St. or somewhere in Chandler or Mesa. But when looking at prices you have to weigh how much you will be paying each month and how much it costs to park at ASU which can be expensive to find out if you need to pay a little higher for somewhere closer. I live in Chandler with a roommate and I take the bus to school with my free student bus pass. It made more financial sense in the end.
Answer 7 :
If you are going to ASU, you probably want to live in Tempe so you can walk or bike to classes. Parking passes are around $450, so a little expensive. There are lots of apartments and houses to rent and as long as you are sharing the rent, it won't break your budget.
Answer 8 :
